This is the site for the Norfolk Region of the

Golf Club Managers’ Association.

It is maintained by a member who is not a professional web designer but does many web sites for local groups in Norfolk. You will not be disturbed by “bells and whistles” and hopefully will find it informative.

A broad, even warped, sense of humour will help with the understanding of some sections!

Further news

Norfolk, God’s own county, has over 30 courses. The terrain can be parkland, heath land, cliff top and seaside. The heather can be a challenge to a wayward shot; balls quickly disappear over the cliff edge; two courses have a race course to traverse; sand dunes can cause problems on others; a railway line is boundary on the right for four closing holes at another and there is even one where access can be restricted by the sea at certain tide conditions! For courses in the north of the county the next land fall is the North pole.

Our proud and hard working managers encourage their teams  to make them welcome and challenging to their members and visitors.
